จัดเตรียมเจ้าหน้าที่ที่อุทิศตัวให้เป็นครอบครัวที่ให้ความรักความเอาใส่เด็กๆ ตลอดจนให้โอกาสเด็กๆ ได้รับการพัฒนาที่เหมาะสม และการศึกษาที่สูงตามที่มุ่งหวังไว้
Provide dedicated staff to be like loving and caring family and opportunity for the children to get proper development and the highest education they aim for.

ช่วยเด็กๆให้เติบโตในการพัฒนาและเป็นสมาชิกที่เกิดผลของสังคม โดยจะเป็นผู้ที่ได้รับการบำบัดด้านจิตใจ อารมณ์และสุขภาพ เป็นผู้ที่ดำเนินชีวิตตามแบบจริยธรรมที่ดีของคริสเตียน เป็นผู้นำ และเป็นผู้ที่มีคุณค่าต่อชุมชนที่เขาอยู่
Help children growing in development and becoming good productive members of their society; they will be healed, mentally, emotionally, and physically they will have established good Christian moral standard, and they will be ready to become outstanding Thai citizens and leaders to their community.
วัตถุประสงค์ 4 ด้าน
Objectives in 4 areas
ด้านจิตวิญญาณ: สอนให้เด็กรู้จักและรักพระเจ้า พัฒนาจริยธรรมตามแบบของผู้เชื่อพระเจ้า เด็กๆจะเป็นสมาชิกของคริสตจักร เรียนรวีวารศึกษา นมัสการวันอาทิตย์และร่วมนมัสการที่บ้าน
Spiritual area: Teach children to know and love God and develop Godly morals. The children are church members; attend Sunday school, worship at the church and devotion together in their home.
ด้านสังคม: ฝึกเด็กให้รู้จักแสดงออกอย่างเหมาะสม ให้มีจิตอาสา ให้ความเคารพผู้อาวุโส และเห็นอกเห็นใจผู้ที่ด้อยโอกาสกว่า โดยการเยี่ยมเยียนผู้ยากไร้ หนุนใจด้วยเสียงเพลงและกิจกรรม
Social area: Train children in proper conducts, have volunteer spirit , concern and respect for the elderly. Have passion for the weak by visiting the poor, other through praise songs and activities.
ด้านการศึกษา: จัดให้เด็กได้รับการศึกษาและรับการฝึกฝนตามที่ได้ฝันไว้ และเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ เด็กๆจะได้เรียนภาษาอังกฤษ ดนตรี ศิลปะ และคอมพิวเตอร์ นอกเหนือจากการเรียนในโรงเรียน
Educational area: Provide children education and training according to their dreams and goals. There are several areas that children are able to be improved their skills, such as English, music, art, computer and etc, in addition to regular schooling.
ด้านสุขภาพ: จัดเตรียมโภชนาการที่ดี มีการตรวจ-รักษาฟัน และพบแพทย์ตามความจำเป็น ตลอดจนมีการให้คำปรึกษากรณีที่เด็กสูญเสียบุพการี
Health area: Provide good nutrition, dental checkups, medical needs and counseling to deal with the death of parents.
